 Love + Light = Healing
We all have Guardian Angels who are with us eternally but the law of 'free will' states that your guardian angel cannot interfere in your life or help you unless you ask so please ASK. All you simply have to do is put out a thought or the intention that you are opening up to allowing your Angel (and many other angels!) to come close to you. A simple wish can manifest into miracles! From the day I started believing in and working with the Angels my life has transformed in amazing ways. I talk to the Angels every day about everything!

Practise being an 'Earth Angel' - spread love, laughter, compassion, kindness, joy, tolerance, forgiveness. Behave as if you are already enlightened. Act like the angel you really are!

E - Every day is a new beginning (it's a new day, its a new Dawn...)

G -Give Gratitude (be grateful for all the blessings in your life)
H -Have a Smile on your face (even if you don't feel like it.. Smile.. you will soon feel your energy shift)

M - Make it Happen (your angels, guides & loved ones can guide & support you but you need to do your bit too!)
N - Now is the only moment (the past is in the past & the future hasn't happened yet so what are you giving your attention to today?)

Q - Quiet time -spend time in silence
R - Radiate Beauty
S - Step into your power
T - Take responsibility for your actions
U - Universal Love is all around you
V - Very Special (that's you!)
W - Work together for the benefit of mankind (we are all one)
X - the uneXplained is eXciting
Y - You are as powerful now as you are ever going to be
Z - Zzzzzz's (rest, relax, recharge, sleep)
Your emotions - FEAR - Diminishes the energy of the kidneys and brings a lack of self-confidence
ANGER - Affects the liver; prolonged anger can then affect the spleen
JOY - normally is strengthening but too much excitment overstimulates the heart (find that point of balance)
GRIEF - Impairs the energy of the lungs
SADNESS - Affects the heart
WORRY - Depeletes the spleen, which interferes with digestion
SHOCK - Depletes the heart and interferes with the harmony of the mind
Ask the Angels to balance you out, to let go of any negative patterns and to bring you back to your natural angelic state of being. Don't think about HOW the Angels will help you, simply TRUST that they will.
The following is a powerful prayer/statement that eradicates negative energy from your aura/personal space. Sometimes we can feel 'out of sorts' for no apparent reason and if we are sensitive to energies, toxins, emotions etc we can 'pick up' energies that do not belong to us...
"All energy around me is mine.
Everything that does not belong to me
will be returned to where it belongs
I claim my own power and energy
and I don't need anyone elses
I radiate Love and Light to everyone
who thinks about me, good and bad
